Starting Point

To get to the trailhead of Zec Normandie, you must go to Saint-JΓ©rΓ΄me. From there, you must take route 117 North and head towards Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts. From Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, you have to follow the road 327 East and go towards the Laurentians. Once in the Laurentians, continue on route 327 East and head towards Saint-Sauveur. In Saint-Sauveur, you must take Principale Street and head towards Zec Normandie.

Why visit Zec Normandie

Zec Normandie is located in the Laurentian region, about 1h30 from Montreal. It covers an area of nearly 9,000 hectares and offers a multitude of outdoor activities for the whole family. These include hiking and biking trails, lakes for fishing and swimming, and an interpretation center.

Things not to be missed

Zec Normandie is located near several must-see activities in the Laurentian region. Among them is the Mont-Tremblant National Park, which is one of the most beautiful parks in Quebec. It offers a multitude of activities for all tastes, including hiking, mountain biking, kayaking and canoeing on its many lakes and rivers. The village of Mont-Tremblant is also a must-see, with its stores, restaurants and bars.

Also within minutes of Zec Normandie is the village of Saint-Sauveur, which is known for its downhill skiing and snowboarding. There are also numerous cross-country ski and snowshoe trails nearby. For golf enthusiasts, there are several golf courses to discover in the area, including the prestigious Saint-Sauveur Golf Club.

Camping is possible in the Rivière aux Outardes and Rivière du Nord areas.
