Domaine Vert Park, located not far from Mirabel Airport, north of Montreal in the Laurentian region, is a vast 600-hectare tract of land with a large coniferous forest.

For $15 in winter and $8 in summer, one can access this park where one can do many activities in winter as well as in summer, including hiking: the park offers superb trails in the form of loops, accessible for all levels and allowing hikers to choose the duration of their crossing.

Starting Point

The park offers walking trails in loops: the starting point is at the East End, near the cottage, at Loop A.

Why visit Parc Du Domaine Vert

Within the park, visitors can rent for the day or for a few nights the chalet "Le Relais"

Le Relais, with a maximum capacity of 24 people, is ideal for families: located near the trails and accessible by car, it is equipped with 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor fireplace, all without wi-fi access.

There are also several accommodations not far from the park to enjoy a more comfortable setting.

Camping L'Escale, Pointe-Calumet

Founded in 1964 and 20km from the park, this 4-star campground will welcome you during the summer with its 230 sites, more than half of which are located on the waterfront. Trailer rentals are also available.

This campground has a supervised beach with a private lake and offers themed activities throughout the season, all with a mountain view. The campground is also located near the Super Aqua Club water park, which offers discounted tickets to campers.

Fiddler Lake Resort Chalet, Milles-Isles

45km from Montreal, this resort offers about 50 log cabins for rent, all on the shores of Fiddler Lake.

Ideal for getting together with family and friends, it features heated outdoor and indoor pools, a spa, tennis courts and walking trails.

The park does not have food outlets, but there are restaurants nearby:

-Microbrewery L'EntΓͺtΓ©: A friendly microbrewery where you can enjoy the view of the golf course as well as the small farmhouse while tasting generous dishes such as burgers or the philly steak. All this accompanied by excellent beers offered on the menu. Located 5km from the Park.

-Restaurant Charles: Right next to L'EntΓͺtΓ©, this sugar shack with a friendly atmosphere will welcome you for a traditional quality menu, where you can enjoy maple ham or even unemployed pudding, all for $20.88 on weekdays. Located 5km from the Park, currently offers take-out.

Things not to be missed

Domaine Vert Park offers several activities and services: in winter, you can snowshoe, cross-country ski, fatbike or ride the sliding hill.

In summer, it is possible to access the hebertism courses, the outdoor pool, ride a road bike, mountain bike or pump track

The park also offers events such as torchlight evenings or Actineige day, where the park introduces visitors to activities.
