Why visit Rougemont Mount

Mont Rougemont is also famous for the incredible variety of animals that find refuge in the surrounding forests. Here you can observe more than 200 different species of mammals and birds, of which a quarantine are rare (for example the flying squirrel or the barred owl).

As far as sports activities are concerned, Mont Rougemont is not lacking in fun. During the summer season you can alternate hiking with mountain biking, while in winter the Cross Country Ski Club organizes many activities on the snow.

And for those who would like to visit something really different, there is the Savonnerie Artisanale Aurélie, where they organize guided tours to discover the stages of soap making.
