The South Mountain-Fairy Trail is a moderate hike in the Adirondacks that takes you through a beautiful forest and past several small waterfalls. The trail begins by following an old railroad bed, so it's relatively easy to follow. As you hike, the forest becomes thicker and more beautiful, with mossy rocks and small streams.
