Great Park. Close to Montreal. Close to the south shore. It is important that you get a map of the island as you will get to discover how massive and beautiful it is. - Get your self a good bottle of water. If you are doing the 3 islands walking, you will need some food and water. - Don't underestimate the size of the island. - The island is perfect for biking, but walking is perfect. -There are a lot of activities all of which are free for kids. - There is a camp site definitely worth it. - Staff is friendly and helpful. - There are a lot of deer and birds. If you like to talk photos prepare yourself.

A beautiful place, close to nature although very close to the city of Montreal. Offers several fun activities like kayaking, canoeing, golf, fishing, Safari and biking, among others. We took the 4-hr canoe ride. It's a beautiful and wild experience canoeing in the river, compared to in a lake.

Okay before you freak out, let me explain. This place is for fitness freaks. If you love cycling or walking or kayaking (experienced) then this is a heaven. Or if you are a big group, pack some food, plan some games then you can enjoy it well. I am neither so 3 stars.
