Why hike at Shadow Lake ?

Shadow Lake is a lake in the Kawartha Lakes, Ontario, Canada. It is the second lowest lake on the Gull River. The lake is attached to the slightly lower Silver Lake by two rapids at its southern end. At its northern end, the Gull River is navigable west to a dam in Norland.

Shadow Lake is a pristine, clear-water lake located in the heart of Alberta's Rockies. Fed by glaciers and snowmelt, the lake is known for its excellent fishing and stunning scenery. The lake is surrounded by dense forest and rugged mountains, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing, canoeing, and swimming in the summer, and skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing in the winter.
